Richard
Forever President (RIP)
Richard Carroll, our Forever President, built his life on hard work, honesty, and taking care of his family. For over 40 years, he showed up every day as a mail carrier, rarely missing a day and never cutting corners. Outside of work, he ran his own roofing business, setting the standard for what it means to provide and follow through. He believed in doing things the right way, keeping your word, and helping others without expecting anything in return. Those values are the foundation of Ocean Pines Handyman and will continue to guide everything we do.

Mike
Co-Owner
With over 20 years of experience, Mike has worked across a wide range of residential projects, including time with multiple builders and seven years as a full-time roofer, following in his father’s footsteps. As co-owner and lead handyman, he specializes in painting, drywall, framing, and restoration. A highly skilled finish carpenter with a background in art and music, Mike brings precision, creativity, and strong problem-solving to every job. He has also worked closely real estate agents, helping prepare over 50 homes for sale.
Brandon
Co-Owner
With over 15 years of experience in technology and business, Brandon has worked across digital marketing, sales, and customer success. As co-owner, he leads website maintenance, design, marketing, and customer communication, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through project completion. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Economics, where he served as Student Body President in 2009.
Amine
Senior Handyman
With over 15 years of experience, Amine is a lifelong Ocean Pines local with a deep passion for craftsmanship. Trained in carpentry through vocational school, he brings years of hands on residential experience, attention to detail, and pride to every project, from flooring and trim to painting and siding. He specializes in finish carpentry. With family roots in Morocco, Amine grew up in this area and loves the Eastern Shore. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, two kids, two dogs, and his diesel truck.
Gary
Senior Handyman
With over 30 years of experience in the trades, Gary is a classic journeyman specializing in roofing, siding, concrete and brick work, and exterior projects, including commercial roofing work on major DC landmarks. He brings exceptional skill and attention to detail to every project. Outside of work, Gary lives on a horse farm in West Ocean City, where he cares for five horses. At one point in his life, he cared for as many as 28. A true horse whisperer, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters and two grandchildren.
Branden
Senior Handyman
With over 15 years of experience, Branden is an Eastern Shore native living in Willards, MD. With a strong background in residential construction and experience running his own company, he brings leadership, attention to detail, and pride to every project—from remodels to flooring, tile, and finish carpentry. Outside of work, Branden enjoys fishing, spending time with his fiance and 5 kids doing hands-on project. He values working at OPH because it’s rewarding to build quality work that makes a lasting difference for homeowners.
Joe
Senior Handyman
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Joe brings precision, problem-solving, and pride to every project at Ocean Pines Handyman. He specializes in finish carpentry and cabinetry and has a background in marine work, including structural framing and fiberglass projects on fishing yachts prepared for the White Marlin Open. Outside of work, Joe enjoys the Ocean City beach life, especially surf fishing at Assateague, and spending time with his 19-year-old son, who is in electrical trade school as a union apprentice.
Rory
Senior Handyman
With over 20 years of experience, Rory grew up in the trades and has been around carpentry his entire life. One of Ocean Pines Handyman's first handymen, he helped build the company in its early days, and we're proud to have him back. Rory specializes in large-scale projects, including full additions and whole-home remodels, but he's just as happy on small jobs, with pressure washing and small electrical work among his favorites. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his four boys.
Dalton
Handyman
With over 15 years of experience, Dalton brings a broad range of skills to every project, with a background in flooring, deck building, roofing, siding, and window and door installation. A dependable all-around handyman, he also takes on yard work and junk removal, making him a go-to for jobs big and small. Dylan prides himself on reliability and honest service on every job. Outside of work, he loves being active in the Ocean Pines community and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Robin
Admin Support
With over 20 years of experience in law, Robin specializes in civil litigation, including family law, personal injury, and corporate law, along with experience as a Case Management Coordinator at Washington Adventist Hospital. As the mother of the two owners, she brings a deep personal connection to the business, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
