With over 125 years of combined experience in carpentry, we can help with carpentry work including cabinet installations, screened in porch, deck repair, shed restorations, and more.
Maintenance
From Gutter Cleaning to fixing leaking windows and doors to Powerwashing to Dryer Vent Cleaning, preventative and proactive maintenance makes a huge difference in your energy bills and the value of your home.
Restoration
We love blending the new with the old. From shed restorations to bathroom restorations to simply updating deck finishes, we love preserving and restoring.
Odd Jobs
From TV Mount Installations to leaf removal to heavy lifting to assembling furniture and hanging pictures, we are here to help take care of odd jobs around your home for you. Our minimum is $300 for a half day of labor.
WHO ARE WE?
Ocean Pines Handyman is a team of seven professionals ready to tackle any job you need help with in your home or office. We have over 125 years of combined experience in the trades. We genuinely want to help the greater Ocean Pines community and take pride in the quality of work; we see our end product as an artistic expression. To us, quality matters and no job is too small.
The owner and lead handyman is Mike Carroll and he has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. We recently moved back to Ocean Pines to help care for my father, as he has Parkinson's Disease and needs additional help around the house outside of the services offered in Ocean Pines.
I primarily have worked in Myrtle Beach, helping hundreds of homeowners do everything from basic home maintenance to complete deck builds. I also love working with Realtors to help prep a home for sale; I worked with an agent in western MD for around 7 years just doing that!
